Our Leadership

Megan Schroeder is a Principal and Chief Executive Officer of Librium Group LLC. She brings more than 15 years of experience delivering strategic consulting, partnership facilitation, and transaction advisory for complex real estate, infrastructure, and energy initiatives. A former Naval Officer, Megan has led efforts across federal, defense, and commercial sectors, supporting procurement planning, risk mitigation, negotiation strategy, and third-party financing solutions from project conception through execution. Her work spans projects both CONUS and OCONUS, with a particular focus on government contracting, resilience, and energy infrastructure.

Ryan Daly is a Principal and Chief Finance and Operations Officer of Librium Group LLC. He brings experience delivering financial advisory and consulting for infrastructure and capital projects clients. He has worked with utilities, industrial corporations, infrastructure developers, national laboratories, governments, and early-stage technology ventures to enable capital projects across a broad number of critical sectors. His global experience includes engagements in Europe, North and South America, Central Asia, and Asia Pacific.
